Accounts Semi -Senior - Top 50 Firm

TPF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant / Semi Senior to join market leading, Top 50 firm of chartered accountants in Basingstoke.

This is a fantastic opportunity, where you will support a varied portfolio of owner managed business clients, primarily made up of ltd companies, across statutory accounts, management accounts, bookkeeping, VAT and basic tax.

Our client has seen significant growth in their fee income in recent times and due to further expansion, they're looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant / Semi Senior into their successful team, where you will be offered a fantastic chance to progress in your career.

Suitable candidates will either be AAT/ACA/ACCA studying with accountancy practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Producing statutory accounts for a very diverse portfolio of clients
  
• General bookkeeping and supporting with management accounts
  
• Draft corporate tax computations
  
• Assisting with client queries
  
• VAT returns
  
• Liaising with HMRC
  

Requirements

• You will be either AAT, ACA or ACCA nearly studying or qualified by experience  with experience gained in an accountancy practice background.
  
• You will have experience of cloud software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage etc.
