Advanced Associate, Administrative Support
Description
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced administrative environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional customer service.
As part of Pearson TQ's Initial Assessment team, you'll play an important role in supporting learners as they begin their apprenticeship journey. You'll manage learner documentation, coordinate enrolments, support inductions, maintain learner records, and help deliver presentations and onboarding activities across Military locations.
The role aligns with job titles such as Administrator, Training Administrator, Learner Services Administrator, Student Services Administrator, Office Coordinator, Reception Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Education Administrator, or Programme Administrator.
The Role
As an Advanced Associate, Administrative Support, you'll be responsible for ensuring learners are successfully onboarded onto programmes, supporting enrolment activity, maintaining accurate learner records, and providing an excellent experience for learners and stakeholders.
This is more than a traditional administration role. Alongside managing documentation and data, you'll support learner inductions, facilitate presentations, respond to enquiries, and work closely with colleagues to ensure learners receive a smooth and positive experience from enrolment through to programme completion.
The role is based onsite at the Defence School of Transport (DST) in Leconfield, East Yorkshire. Occasional travel to other military training sites (Brize Norton, Shrivenham, Worthy Down, Marchwood.) may be required to support enrolment and induction activities.
In your first six months, your focus will be on building a strong understanding of Pearson TQ programmes, becoming confident in learner administration processes, supporting enrolment activities, and developing effective working relationships across the team and wider business.

Experience in administration, customer service, office support, reception or similar environments.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally when required.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage confidential information professionally
