We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced A partment Remediation Project Manager to join our Special Projects Team. Reporting to the Group Special Projects Director, you will take overall responsibility for managing and delivering our portfolio of complex cladding investigation and remediation projects across Scotland, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will provide strategic leadership across the full project lifecycle, managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, freeholders and residents. This role is pivotal in driving successful project outcomes, maintaining compliance with current legislation and delivering an exceptional customer experience. What you’ll do as Apartment Remediation Project Manager Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple complex cladding remediation projects, ensuring successful outcomes against programme, budget and quality objectives. Manage project budgets, forecasts, procurement activities and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, consultants and contractors, driving collaboration and accountability. Ensure compliance with Building Safety legislation, CDM Regulations and the Company's Health & Safety standards. Oversee project risks, change control, technical reviews and governance, implementing effective mitigation strategies where required. Build and maintain strong relationships with freeholders, residents and key stakeholders, providing clear communication throughout each project. Monitor project performance through regular reporting, site visits and progress meetings, escalating issues where appropriate. Produce accurate project updates and performance reports for the Group Special Projects Director and senior leadership team. What experience do I need? Proven experience managing complex construction, façade, cladding or remediation projects within a Senior Project Manager or similar role. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets, programmes, procurement and contract administration. Excellent knowledge of current Building Safety legislation, CDM Regulations and Health & Safety best practice. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders. Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Construction, Building or Project Management is desirable. A recognised project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2 or PMP) would be advantageous.
