2 vacancies areas to be covered:

1. Yorkshire & North East (ideally based Sheffield – Leeds)

2. Midlands (based West Midlands)

Remuneration: £35,000 - £50,000 (neg) + £7,000 - £8,000 uncapped commission

Benefits: Company Car & benefits packages

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Paints & Coatings will involve:

* Area Manager position selling a high quality portfolio of paints & coatings for wood, metal and plastic finishes

* All of your time will be spent selling to end users, contractors & OEM’s such as; kitchen, joinery & furniture manufacturers

* Turnover target circa £1m

* Good bled of account management and new business (area dependant)

* For the Midlands role they would see a junior candidate looking to step into field sales from an internal sales or a paintshop background

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Paints & Coatings with:

* Must have technical sales experience in the paints & coatings sector OR a paintshop manager looking to step onto the road

* Must have experience selling to B2B end users and/or OEMs

* Must be commercially astute

* Must be IT literate
