Would you like to build your own hearing-care business within an independent optical practice, with support to help you get established?

BlackSquare is seeking an Audiologist, Hearing Aid Dispenser or established audiology business for an AddHearing partnership with Optical People in Burton upon Trent.

The practice offers an existing optical patient base, an engaged team and consulting space at its Coopers Square location. This could suit someone starting independently or an audiology company looking to expand into another location.

The opportunity

  Develop your own hearing-care service without taking on a separate premises lease or paying room rent.

  
  


• 
  

  Agree regular clinic days, with scope to grow as demand develops.

  
  


• 
  

  Work alongside an optical team willing to support enquiries, bookings and patient awareness.

  
  


• 
  

  Choose between a ground-floor consulting room of approximately 3m × 2m and an upstairs room of approximately 3m × 3m, subject to suitability checks.

  
  


• 
  

  Retain clinical independence within the agreed partnership arrangements.

  
  

Support from AddHearing

We help with partnership setup, hearing-care software, booking processes, staff training, patient literature, marketing and ongoing business development.

Who we are looking for

An HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or appropriately qualified audiologist able to deliver private hearing-aid services, with:

  Experience in hearing assessments, hearing-aid fitting and aftercare.

  A commitment to patient care and building lasting relationships.

  
  


• 
  

  An interest in developing an independent business.

  
  


• 
  

  Availability for regular clinics in Burton upon Trent.

  
  

Existing audiology companies are welcome. Equipment provision, services, clinic frequency and commercial terms will be discussed before any commitment.

This is a self-employed partnership opportunity. Income will depend on the service’s performance rather than a fixed salary.
