PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £33,000 - £38,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

As a Technology Service Analyst for BBC Children in Need, you will support the delivery, performance, compliance and continuous improvement of technology services across the charity. Working with the Technology Operations Lead, internal stakeholders, suppliers and BBC partners, you will help ensure services are reliable, secure and aligned to business needs through performance monitoring, operational support, platform administration, incident and change management, reporting and data-driven service improvement. This role plays a key part in enabling the charity's impact across the UK.
