They will manage and support frontline staff, coordinate contractors, and maintain clear visibility of progress against key safety targets. They will act as a knowledgeable and proactive point of contact for the Building Safety Regulator and Cheshire Fire & Rescue Service, offering expert guidance while responding effectively to enquiries, issues, and emerging risks. With strong, demonstrable experience in both Building Safety and Fire Safety—particularly in relation to the Building Safety Act 2022—they will drive assurance, maintain high standards of safety governance, and uphold a responsive, resident-focused approach.
