• *Key Requirements:
• You will have an engineering degree and/or equivalent engineering expertise gained within a building environment.
• You will have demonstrable experience in management and delivery of the Capital 50 plan
• Proven financial and budget management skills
• You will possess sound knowledge of delivering sustainable and environmentally friendly initiatives to support WMC’s sustainability strategy
• Have the ability to proactively collaborate with a wide range of partner internally and externally to WMC
