Business Analyst

Business Analyst responsible for gathering, analysing, and  

translating business requirements into functional solutions across  

BSI programs. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirement
Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria 
Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Architects to ensure end-to-end solution 

 alignment. 
Support API integrations, data flows, and system enhancements 
Participate in Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT support 
Perform impact analysis and requirement traceability 
Ensure documentation, compliance, and process adherence 
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams 
 
Required Skills: 
Experience as BA in integration/API-driven projects 
Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodology 
Good knowledge of REST APIs, data flows, and system integration concepts 
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills 
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio
