THE ROLE As Business Development Manager, you’ll develop new business and grow relationships with customers and specifiers who rely on technically engineered products for critical applications. You’ll build your own pipeline, manage your own patch, and feed back market and customer intelligence that genuinely shapes how the business moves next. ABOUT YOU A sales background built in industrial or manufacturing environments, comfortable with technically-minded buyers and specifiers, self-directed, and motivated by real ownership of your patch. THE REWARDS £64,000 basic, bonus potential up to c.15% of salary, 4x salary life insurance, hybrid working.
