We are recruiting a Team Manager to join the Business Operations Team at our Ashford office, on a full-time basis. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of coordinators to achieve organisational goals and objectives. Your primary role will be to provide guidance, support, and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of escalation for the team.
• Provide administrative support, data delivery, and account management.
• Process improvement by assessing workflows to identify areas for simplification. Streamline procedures and implement best practices.
• Attend and represent the department at business and customer meetings.
• Generate and evaluate regular and on-demand reports for business and customer-related data, ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and CMPs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies by managing all HR processes.
• Coach and mentor team members to support their professional growth.
• Create training and induction plans to facilitate employee development.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

• Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
• IT literacy in SAP BW Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
