This is a newlycreated role offering a unique opportunity to work directly with seniorleadership, including the Managing Director, Finance Director and TechnologyDirector, to identify opportunities for improvement, modernise processes andmaximise the value of technology across the organisation. Initially, yourfocus will be on delivering tangible business improvements across 5-6 keyfunctions. Over time, the role is expected to evolve into a broader technologyleadership position, providing significant scope to influence strategy, buildcapability and shape the future direction of technology within the business. The Opportunity You will act asthe bridge between business operations and technology, working closely withdepartmental leaders to understand challenges, identify opportunities anddeliver transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experienceand commercial outcomes. Rather thanbuilding technology solutions yourself, you will focus on setting priorities,coordinating stakeholders, managing delivery partners and ensuring investmentsgenerate measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation. You will work with senior leaders to identify where technology can remove friction, improve efficiency and support future growth, then drive some initiatives through to delivery. Evaluate emergingtechnologies, including AI and automation, and assess their practical business application. Develop business case, measure benefits and prioritise investment opportunities. Support the leadership team with technology and transformation planning. Help define the futuretechnology operating model and long-term strategy About You We're interestedin people who combine strong commercial awareness with experience leadingchange and transformation programmes. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders. Experience improving processes, systems and ways of working across multiple business functions. Commercial awareness and the ability to build business cases and demonstrate ROI. Experience working with third-party technology providers and delivery partners. Knowledge of CRM, ERP, data, reporting, automation or business technology platforms. A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a focus on delivering outcomes. Why Apply?
