CAD Design Manager - Construction - £55,000

Our client leaders in the Construction Industry working across a variety of projects now seek to appoint a CAD Design Manager.

The ideal CAD Design Manager will have mentored or managed a minimum of a two-person team upwards, have an excellent ability to work with the Estimating/Pre Contract team and provide accurate costings and be a strong relationship builder.

CAD Design Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage a small team of Designers
  


• Design in CAD, Solidworks
  


• Transfer designs into CAM
  


• Work closely with the manufacturing team
  


• Deliver costings and estimates
  

Key Skills:

• Construction background in Facades, Civils, Formwork, Joinery
  


• Knowledge of CAD, Solidworks & CAM
  


• CNC and 5 Axis machine knowledge a distinct advantage
  


• Good confident personality and strong relationship builder
  


• Technically minded and solutions focussed
