Previous care experience is welcome, but it isn't essential.

We'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you develop the knowledge, skills and confidence you need to become a great Care Assistant.

What you'll be doing

As a Care Assistant, you'll support people to live safely and independently in their own homes. This may include:

Personal care and support

Helping with everyday tasks

Meal preparation

Supporting independence and wellbeing

Companionship and conversation

Supporting individuals with their personal routines

Working alongside families and other professionals where appropriate
