Essential Skills & Experience: * Strong hands-on experience developing solutions within case management development i.e. VisualFiles, SOS Connect, ShareDO, Actionstep, Proclaim etc * Excellent understanding of legal technology and law firm workflows. * Experience delivering system, data, workflow, and process migrations between enterprise platforms. * Solid understanding of software architecture and technical design. * Experience managing third-party suppliers and technology partners. * Any experience in migrating from one case management system to another would be a bonus Key Responsibilities: * Work as part of the software development function, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards. * Support the design, development, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications. * Design, build and maintain custom workflows, automations and integrations within the new case management platform. * Work closely with legal stakeholders and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Promote best practices across software development, testing, security and documentation. * Drive continuous improvement in development processes and Agile delivery. * Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable and aligned with business objectives.
