Channel Marketing - Retail

Meta Reality Labs is looking for an exceptional individual to take on the role of Channel Marketing Associate for UK retail. Reporting to the head of Channel Marketing for UK, this role will be responsible for driving our marketing activities with third-party retail partners in conjunction with Meta RL Channel Marketing and leadership.

The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across internal cross-functional partners - including Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations. The position entails establishing and strengthening relationships with Meta 3P Retail partners in the UK market to drive the Meta hardware vision. The candidate will deliver plans that stay within budget, while executing experiential programs, customer acquisition and retention, and measurement while continually improving our toolset and processes to meet our goals.

This role requires candidate to be located in a Meta RL office full-time and requires the ability to travel to meet key accounts face to face on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and executing marketing programs in partnership with internal Channel Marketing, Channel Services, Retail Creative and marketing counterparts in order to achieve business goals
  
• Applying and executing Meta RL Channel Marketing strategy directly with Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners within agreed-upon budgets and key performance indicators
  
• Coordinating and managing marketing brand assets and deliver on time to creative teams, while following-up and delivering to retail partners
  
• Managing, measuring and optimizing marketing programs that drive results and improve efficiency
  
• Providing point-of-contact for Meta RL Marketing for Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners
  
• Completing and examining campaigns and projects; assessing problems and making decisions based on relevant information - including new or less-obvious solutions
  
• Providing input during Channel Marketing goal creation process
  
• Influencing regional third-party retail Channel Marketing team and accounts they support
  
• Building and maintaining collaborative and productive relationships while networking internally and externally with marketing counterparts at Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts
  
• Participating actively in interviewing and onboarding of new employees
  
  

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in a Retail Channel Marketing/ Project Management role
  
• Experience executing channel marketing activities and OPEX investments.
  
• Understanding how retailers measure and manage their businesses (CPC, CPA, LTV, ROAS)
  
• Understanding retail marketing levers that drive traffic in-store and online
  
• Excellent communicator, superb verbal and written communication
  
• Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  
• Experience working with retail partners building in-store experiences through permanent fixtures, temporary displays, staff training and education
  
• Experience maintaining comarketing and OPEX budgets with fiscal responsibility
  
• Highly effective at managing conflict. Is able to address issues between stakeholders swiftly in order to maintain a positive team spirit that is consistent with Meta values
  
• Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible
  
• Demonstrably AI-native with hands-on experience utilizing a broad set of generative and analytical AI tools to drive marketing strategy and operational efficiency
  
• Experience with navigating various organizational environments where culture and structure varies
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics
