Location: Covering multiple sites across Bristol & a site within southampton
Salary: £30,000 + Company Van
Shifts: 08:00–12:00 & 17:00–20:00

Are you an experienced Cleaning Supervisor or Senior Cleaner ready to take the next step in your career?

We're recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee multiple sites across Bristol. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards while leading and supporting a team of cleaners across your allocated sites.

This is more than just a supervisory role – the company is looking for someone with ambition and potential, offering a clear development pathway into an Account Manager position.

The Role

Supervising and supporting cleaning teams across multiple sites in Bristol
Carrying out cleaning duties to ensure exceptional standards are maintained
Conducting site visits, inspections and quality audits
Managing staff performance and providing on-site support and training
Building positive relationships with clients and responding to any site requirements
Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times

About You

Previous experience in a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
Full UK driving licence
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hands-on approach with a willingness to lead by example
Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple sites effectively
Ambitious and eager to progress into a management role
