Location: Nottingham – Office Based
Salary: £32,000 Pro Rata
Job Type: Part-time – 3 Days Per Week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Complex Care Recruiter to join a growing specialist care provider in Nottingham.

The organisation delivers high-quality complex care services, supporting individuals with a range of complex clinical and behavioural needs within community and home-based settings.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter with a background in Complex Care or Clinical Recruitment who is looking for a part-time position within a growing and supportive organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment activity across Complex Care services

Source and attract experienced healthcare and care professionals

Manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through to onboarding

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of suitable candidates

Work closely with operational and clinical teams to understand staffing requirements

Recruit staff with the appropriate skills and experience for complex care packages

Coordinate interviews, references, compliance, and onboarding

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment systems

Proactively identify recruitment challenges and develop solutions

Support the wider team with ongoing workforce requirements

Requirements

Previous experience recruiting within Complex Care or Clinical Recruitment is essential

Strong understanding of healthcare or complex care staffing requirements

Proven ability to source and attract suitable candidates

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organisational and administrative abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment

Proactive, resilient, and target-driven approach

Comfortable working collaboratively with operational and clinical teams

What's on Offer
