Role Overview:

As a Consultant Analyst, you will operate in a hybrid role combining business analysis, problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and structured delivery support. You will quickly develop an understanding of organisational contexts, identify key problems and opportunities, and translate ambiguous information into clear, actionable outputs. You will bring strong analytical capability, commercial awareness, and confidence in stakeholder interactions, while leveraging modern AI-enabled tools to enhance the speed and quality of your work. Working as part of a team, you will contribute to delivering client outcomes and solving real-world problems.

Responsibilities:

• Build a strong understanding of client organisations, operating models, processes, and strategic objectives


• Conduct structured discovery with business and technology stakeholders to identify key insights


• Ask targeted questions to uncover root causes, risks, dependencies, and opportunities


• Translate ambiguous information into clear business understanding and support requirements gathering, process mapping, and problem definition


• Engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels, facilitating workshops, interviews, and working sessions


• Communicate clearly and concisely, building credibility through structured thinking and preparation


• Synthesise complex information into high-quality deliverables, including presentations, requirements documents, and business cases


• Present findings in a logical, audience-appropriate way, maintaining strong attention to detail while balancing pace and pragmatism


• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and documentation, combining human judgement with AI outputs to ensure quality and continuous improvement

About the Candidate:

• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesise complex information


• Ability to connect strategic, operational, and technical perspectives to generate actionable insights


• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences


• Skilled in clearly summarising key insights and recommendations into structured, client-ready outputs


• Curious, proactive, and commercially aware, with a pragmatic and delivery-oriented mindset


• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments and managing multiple workstreams and priorities


• Strong digital literacy, with experience using AI tools and integrating them into day-to-day workflows


• Experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy, operations, or delivery environments, including stakeholder-facing project work


• Experience designing operating models and creating structured, client-ready deliverables would be beneficial


• Familiarity with agile, product, or transformation environments would be advantageous
