RATE OF PAY: £15.63 PER HOUR

SCHEDULE:

• 3 days a week (Alternate Weekends Work)
• 27 hours per week

The Role

• Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold meals, as and when required
• Provide for special dietary requirements where necessary, and take into account the preferences of individual Residents
• Liaise with the Home Manager when planning / costing menus in order to provide a balanced nutritious diet, making the best use of available fresh foods
• Maintain accurate records as required by Priority Care and Statutory Bodies
• Ensure statutory Health and Safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas are met

The home is a modern, purpose built facility split over two floors and registered to provide care with nursing for 66 clients.
