OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Counterbalance / PPT Driver to join a well established company based in Bedford, to support the team unloading and loading stock.
Duties of a Counterbalance Forklift Driver:
Safely operate Counterbalance Forklift and Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) equipment to move and store stock Load and unload deliveries, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently. Pick, prepare and move stock/materials for dispatch and production. Complete daily equipment checks and maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse. Follow all health & safety procedures and support the wider warehouse team as required. What we would like from you:
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence with proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment. PPT experience and relevant training/licence required. Previous warehouse experience, including loading/unloading and moving stock. Strong awareness of health & safety and safe working practices.
