Are you passionate about helping people reach their potential? Do you believe that the right job can transform lives? We're looking for a dedicated Employment Specialist to support individuals with health support needs and learning disabilities on their journey into sustainable employment.
In this rewarding role, you'll manage a caseload of participants, providing personalised advice, guidance and practical support to help them overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their employment goals. Every participant's journey is unique, giving you the opportunity to make a genuine and lasting difference while working in a varied and engaging role.
Working closely with referral partners, local services and employers, you'll develop tailored action plans, coordinate support and connect participants with opportunities that match their skills and aspirations. You'll also build relationships with local employers, promoting inclusive recruitment practices and supporting participants through interviews, job applications and into sustained employment.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a positive and solution-focused approach, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. Whether your experience comes from employability, welfare-to-work, social care, education, health services or another people-focused environment, this is an opportunity to be part of something meaningful and help individuals achieve goals they may never have thought possible.
This is more than just a job. It's an opportunity to empower people, support inclusive employment and make a lasting impact within local communities. If you're motivated by helping others achieve goals they may never have thought possible, this could be the perfect role for you.
