The Role
NEOM Wellbeing is looking for a Demand Planning Manager to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a fixed-term contract of approximately 12 months, based in our central London office.
You'll take ownership of demand planning for a global wellbeing brand, working closely with Commercial, Marketing and senior leadership to build a forecast the whole business can plan around. You'll run the end-to-end demand forecasting and IBP cycle and be accountable for forecast accuracy and bias. You'll also lead the IBP meetings that bring the business to a consensus.
You'll manage and develop an Assistant Demand Planner. You'll represent Demand Planning at Operations Director and Executive level, with real scope to improve our systems, processes and ways of working.
