Our client is a leader within the construction industry, now seek to appoint a Solidworks Design Engineer to join their growing and experienced team.

The chosen Solidworks Designer Engineer will join a vibrant design office and gain exposure to some very prestigious projects across the UK.

Working closely with the technical managers and directors this is an office where as they say “teamwork makes the dream work”

Design Engineer Responsibilities:

• Create drawings and specifications for fabrication and manufacture
  


• Work closely with purchasing team
  


• Create 3D Models in Solidworks
  


• Create fabrication and manufacturing drawings
  


• Understand FEA and CAM
  


• Background in Structural Glazing, Architectural Aluminium 


• Product Design

Requirements

Design Engineer Experience:

• Construction background advantageous
  


• Expert in Solidworks and ability to show portfolio examples
