Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will manage a multimillion pound digital health portfolio, supporting strategic projects and delivering savings and service improvements. Key responsibilities * Develop digital health procurement strategies, category plans and tender schedules. * Lead complex, high value competitive tenders and supplier negotiations. * Work with clinical, digital and project stakeholders to develop specifications and evaluation criteria. * Advise on procurement options, contractual terms and commercial risks. * Identify savings, standardisation and opportunities to consolidate expenditure. * Agree service level agreements and KPIs, manage supplier performance and resolve contractual issues. * Report on project delivery, achieved savings and future opportunities. Essential experience * Significant experience negotiating multimillion pound digital health contracts. * A track record of delivering substantial procurement savings. * Experience managing large competitive tenders within public sector or major corporate procurement. * Strong understanding of tender evaluation, contractual terms and purchase to pay processes. * Purchasing knowledge gained through a degree, CIPS, IACCM qualifications or equivalent experience.
