The Domiciliary Care Worker is responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes. The role involves helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, safety, and wellbeing while supporting them with day-to-day tasks in line with their individual care plans.
We are offering minimum hour contracts.
This role may involve early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, depending on client needs and agreed working arrangements. Flexibility is important to ensure continuity of care.
