About the Role
Do you thrive on bringing pace, structure and momentum to a growing investment business? Attivo Investments is looking for an ambitious Executive Assistant to work closely with our Chief Investment Officer and Executive Team, helping turn ideas, priorities and strategic decisions into action.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role that combines exceptional executive support with broader business coordination across the investment management business. You'll be responsible for ensuring the CIO is fully prepared, priorities remain on track and time is focused on the activities that add the greatest value. Alongside responsibilities such as diary management, meeting coordination and executive administration, you'll also support governance activities, project delivery, management information, meeting administration and follow-through on key strategic priorities.
Working at the heart of the business, you'll enjoy variety, build strong relationships across the firm and play a key role in turning decisions into action and maintaining momentum on the initiatives that drive our continued success.
Office attendance: 2–3 days per week, with monthly travel to London
About You
Investment management experience is essential. You will need to understand the moving parts, language and priorities of the business so you can join the dots quickly and help the CIO stay focused on strategic, value-add work.
The right person will be dynamic, curious and confident working with senior stakeholders. You will be excited by technology, open to using AI and digital tools to improve ways of working, and motivated by the chance to drive efficiency, strengthen operating discipline and help a growing business scale successfully.
