We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Electrical Assembler to join a well-established and growing manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in electrical assembly, wiring, panel building, or electromechanical production who is looking for a long-term role with excellent work-life balance.

The Role

As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring and testing electrical components and products to a high standard, following technical drawings, wiring schematics and assembly instructions.

Duties will include:

Electrical assembly of components, sub-assemblies and finished products
Wiring and terminating electrical components and control panels
Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics and technical drawings
Using hand tools, power tools and electrical testing equipment
Soldering and crimping where required
Conducting quality inspections and functional testing
Recording production and quality information accurately
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Following all health and safety procedures and company standardsThe Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, cable assembly or a similar manufacturing environment
The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring schematics
Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
Experience using hand tools and electrical assembly equipment
Good manual dexterity and practical skills
A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
Experience with soldering, testing equipment or electromechanical assembly would be advantageousWhat's in it for you?
