This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a successful business, working across a varied portfolio of commercial and industrial projects. The Role As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates and tenders, working closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and the wider project team. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing tender documentation, drawings and specifications Preparing detailed and accurate electrical estimates Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations Producing competitive tender submissions Identifying project costs, risks and commercial opportunities Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors throughout the tender process Supporting the commercial and project teams Managing multiple tenders and ensuring deadlines are met About You The successful candidate will have previous experience in an Electrical Estimator role, ideally within the commercial, industrial or construction sector. You will ideally have: Strong electrical estimating experience The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications Excellent attention to detail Strong commercial awareness Good communication and negotiation skills The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience with relevant estimating software and Microsoft Office A proactive and organised approach to your work The Opportunity Our client is a reputable and growing electrical contractor with an excellent pipeline of work.
