You will play a key role in ensuring electrical installations remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. Key Responsibilities Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in accordance with current BS 7671 Wiring Regulations . Accurately identify, diagnose, and record electrical defects, faults, and non-compliances. Complete certification, reports, and associated documentation to a high professional standard. Carry out remedial works arising from inspection and testing results. Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company policies and procedures. Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with tenants, clients, and colleagues. Manage your own workload effectively, meeting deadlines and productivity targets. Use tablet-based applications for certification, reporting, and job scheduling. What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications & Experience NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent). City & Guilds 2391, 2394/2395, or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671). Proven experience carrying out EICRs in both occupied and void properties. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities. Full UK Driving Licence. Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship and compliance.
