Electrician – High-End Residential Project

Location: Cheltenham / Gloucester area
Start: Monday
Contract: Approx. 2 months, with potential for ongoing work
Day Rate: £220–£275 per day, depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced electrician to join a high-end residential renovation project working on Grade 2 listed properties near Gloucester.

The role will primarily involve 2nd fix electrical work within a large manor house. Due to the high-value nature of the property, the successful electrician must be confident working in high-end environments and take great care when working around bespoke installations, including one-off lighting and delicate glass chandeliers.

A key part of the role will involve carrying out dead testing on a property that is completely disconnected, so strong testing and inspection experience is essential.

Requirements:

• 18th Edition


• NVQ Level 3


• 2391 Inspection & Testing


• Strong 2nd fix experience


• Confident carrying out dead testing on a completely disconnected property


• Experience working on high-end residential properties


• Own tools, van and PPE


• Excellent attention to detail


• Professional approach to working in high-value properties

The project is currently running behind schedule and needs to be completed by the end of October, so an immediate start on Monday is required.
