We are seeking an Engineering Manager to take ownership of our clients fast paced department at their Severnside manufacturing site. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving engineering excellence, operational performance, maintenance strategy and continuous improvement across a critical production area. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong people leader who is passionate about developing teams, improving reliability and delivering world-class manufacturing standards. The Role As Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering team to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant, machinery and equipment within the Department.
