This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineering professional to lead the shift engineering team while continuing to carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance. The successful Engineering Team Leader will delegate and prioritise engineering workload, coordinate breakdown response and planned maintenance, support production and drive engineering, safety and housekeeping standards across the site. Sector - Heavy Industrial Manufacturing Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Team Leader Apprentice trained or NVQ Level 3 qualified (or equivalent). Multi-Skilled Engineer with a strong electrical and mechanical skills. Manufacturing background. Requirements for the Engineering Team Leader Strong electrical fault-finding experience. Experience carrying out reactive breakdowns and planned preventative maintenance. Previous experience leading or supervising an engineering team. Experience working on industrial plant and production machinery. Continuous Improvement and Root Cause Analysis experience. Strong fault-finding skills across electrical and mechanical equipment. Desirable Requirements for the Engineering Team Leader Comfortable working at heights. Physically fit and able to work within a demanding industrial environment. Welding and fabrication experience. Food, FMCG, Agricultural or Heavy Industrial manufacturing experience. The Engineering Team Leader will benefit from: Salary up to £56,500 .
