Estate Cleaning Operative

Location: Stratford E15

Hours: 07:00 - 16:00 

Days: Monday - Friday 

Pay Rate: £15.09 p/hr

 

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Estate Cleaning Operative to maintain a clean and hygienic Estate/Campus. Your role will be essential in ensuring a comfortable environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Estate Cleaning (Jet Washing, Machine Cleaning, Dusting, Furniture cleaning, Litter Picking, Assisting with furniture relocation)
✔️ Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
✔️ Sanitizing high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, light switches, entrance doors and frames
✔️ Cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies (Loading Bays)
✔️ Maintaining cleaning supplies and reporting any shortages
✔️ Following health and safety procedures

Requirements:

✅ Attention to detail and ability to work independently
✅ Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
✅ Understanding of health & safety guidelines
✅ Experience with cleaning machinery (Jet Washing, Scrubber Drier, Sweepers and Leaf blowers/vacuums)
