Estimator

An Estimator would be utilised to:

• To lead the financial elements of 2 stages and negotiated tenders from the initial cost plan through to the financial close.
  


• To steer design teams towards affordable solutions.
  


• To engage with our supply chain to ensure costs are robust and solutions are buildable.
  


• Provide regular cost updates to the client’s surveying team and finalize negotiations prior to entering into a contract. 
  

Requirements

Essential Criteria

• Have experience with various construction methods
  


• Experience in controlling costs, timing and quality in line with targets
  


• Experience in reading and accurately interpreting drawings and technical specifications
  


• Good standard of mathematical ability
  

Desirable Criteria

• Relevant degree
  


• Use of Conquest Estimating System or similar
