Based on resume.pdf Poor fit Strong fit See why Estimator – Façades About the company Our client is an established specialist subcontractor working across the building envelope and interiors. They deliver packages for leading main contractors in London and the South East. Their façade division works on residential, regeneration, education and leisure schemes, from new build through to recladding. A growing order book means they now need an experienced Estimator to join their pre-construction team. The role You will price façade packages from enquiry to submission. You will turn architectural drawings and specifications into accurate, competitive tenders. You will work closely with the design, commercial and operations teams to make sure every bid is buildable, compliant and priced correctly.
