£55,000 Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package The role of the Estimator – Architectural & Structural Metalwork will involve: · Estimating position dealing with a range of high quality balustrades, stairs, balconies and structural steel Liaise with clients and designers to gain a full understanding of project requirements Liaise with suppliers to obtain costs for materials, labour and plant and equipment Produce detailed take-offs and formalised quotations to clients Keep internal database and documentation up to date Attending at mid-bid & post tender meetings Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met Working on project sizes ranging between £300k -
