We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Family Hubs Navigator to join our Pendle team - playing a vital role in connecting children, young people, and families to the right services at the right time.
This is a dynamic and people-focused role at the heart of the Family Hubs Network, where your work will directly shape how families experience support in Pendle.
International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship
You will:
Act as a key point of contact for families, offering guidance, signposting and support into Early Help services
Promote and increase access to inclusive Family Hubs and community services
Lead the development of vibrant “One Stop Shop” Family Hub offers tailored to local needs
Manage and support Delivery Centre Support Workers to create welcoming, high-quality, inclusive Family Hubs
Take ownership of digital engagement, ensuring websites, social media, and booking systems are accessible, up-to-date, and engaging
You’ll be both a connector and a leader, ensuring families feel supported, heard, and empowered.
We’re seeking someone who is:
A natural people person with strong relationship-building skills
Experienced in supporting children, young people, or families
Confident using digital platforms, social media, and online systems
Able to lead a team and deliver high-quality customer-focused services
Passionate about community engagement and inclusion
