F&B Assistant

Lime Recruit Bath is looking for an experienced F&B assistant on full time basis to join a busy restaurant at a high end, luxury retirement village outside of Bristol. Our client is truly a leader in its industry and is looking for a person who will deliver the highest standard of service to the residents and their visitors at all times

The Venue:

·Luxury retirement village on the outskirts of Bristol, located in a stunning, historic building

·Busy on-site restaurant serving modern, fresh, locally sources food with classical twist

·Opened for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner

·A brand that is serious about investing in training and development

The Role:

·Taking reservations, seating customers, advising on the menu & serving afternoon tea

·Getting to know your customers, and build a rapport with them ensuring they are provided with everything they need

·Assist with room service in the guest suites

·Deal with day to day enquiries

·Stock control

·Help set up and run special events

·Day to day set up & clean down of the dining areas

·It’s a varied role, with no day ever the same would suit someone with exceptional people skills looking to provide next level customer service.

The Package:

·Working 5/7 days

·£8.00-£8.50 per hour

·Working for a fantastic company, with room for progression
