Mint People are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable baristas to work at Camp Kindling and Camp Wildfire Festival in Kent on the 21st to 23rd, 28th to 30th August, and 4th-6th September as well as many other festivals and events across the UK!

Your Role:
As part of our barista team, your responsibilities will include:

☕ Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks to a high standard.
Taking customer orders accurately and processing payments efficiently.
Providing friendly, welcoming, and attentive customer service.
Assisting customers with menu queries and making recommendations where appropriate.
Keeping the coffee station, counter, and customer areas clean, organised, and well stocked.
Working efficiently as part of the team to keep service running smoothly, especially during busy periods.
