This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working independently, visiting customer sites and solving technical problems in the field. The Role You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of specialist equipment at customer locations, helping to minimise downtime and keep machinery operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities Attend customer sites to carry out servicing and repairs Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults Complete planned preventative maintenance Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs Carry out inspections and safety checks Complete service reports and maintenance records Build strong relationships with customers Provide professional technical support Maintain high standards of health and safety About You Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer, Mobile Engineer, Plant Engineer or similar Strong mechanical engineering knowledge Good hydraulic fault-finding ability Electrical/diagnostic experience Experience working on plant, construction, agricultural or specialist equipment Comfortable working independently Full UK driving licence The Package £33,280 – £37,440 basic salary Overtime available 40-hour working week Permanent position Ongoing training and development Varied customer and equipment base If you're looking for a new Field Service Engineering opportunity around Grantham, apply today.
