Benefits: Health Insurance Excellent company vehicle options Door to Door Pay Paid Overtime Competitive Subsistence Package Further Education Scheme at a state-of-the-art facility Company Mobile & Laptop Opportunities for Personal and Professional growth Remit: Exceptional job opportunity working for a leading Injection moulding machine manufacturer Candidates must have extensive injection moulding machinery, process and maintenance experience This position will suit a skilled Injection Moulding Engineer with strong machine maintenance background and the relevant electrical qualifications Role: To install and commission RPM, injection moulding machines and automation at customer sites, ensuring appropriate commissioning in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Provide on-site technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues with injection moulding machines and automation. To maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and equipment history, using our internal systems. The candidate must have strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, to repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults on injection moulding machines and automation. Be able to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and colleagues, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of technical issues to maximise customer satisfaction. Must possess a willingness to travel the UK to meet both customer and company requirements, including occasional weekend working. To comply with all company policies and procedures. Where appropriate, support the development of documentation and training within the service team. Support cross-training of personnel, ensuring skills & knowledge gained through formal training are applied consistently. Support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives. Experience Requirements: National Certificate/NVQ 3 in a relevant engineering discipline. Time served apprenticeship. Proven experience working with injection moulding machinery and ancillary equipment Fault-finding and troubleshooting skills both electrical and mechanical Must have experience of installation and commissioning of injection moulding machinery Experience of Polyurethane processing equipment an advantage but not essential. Knowledge of Siemens PLCs and ABB robots would be beneficial, but not essential. Self-disciplined to manage own projects/jobs within the targeted time frame.
