A well-established organisation is looking to appoint a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support senior stakeholders across a large, multi-functional business.
This is a highly visible role where you'll combine commercial insight with financial planning, helping shape business decisions through meaningful analysis, forecasting and strategic support.
Responsibilities
* Business partnering with senior operational stakeholders.
* Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles.
* Financial modelling and scenario analysis.
* Variance analysis and performance reporting.
* Development of business cases and commercial recommendations.
* Providing challenge and insight to influence decision making.
* Supporting continuous improvement across planning and reporting processes.
About You
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
* An experienced Finance Business Partner or FP&A professional.
* Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
* Experienced within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
* Commercially minded with strong analytical skills.
* Confident building financial models and business cases
