Nancy's is London Bridge's newest premium cocktail destination. Landmark views, a late license, serious drinks and a space designed to bring a little 70s spirit back to London nightlife.

Having opened in June, Nancy's is going from strength to strength and we're looking to expand our amazing team. We're looking for quality hospitality professionals who can help us elevate the guest experience and deliver the tailored service we want to achieve.

The Role

We are looking for bartenders with a confident and vibrant personality, a passion for great cocktails, and experience delivering high-quality drinks in a fast-paced environment, while bringing a welcoming and convivial approach to service.

Our bartenders will know our cocktail menu in great depth and be able to convey this to our guests. This means knowing every ingredient, how it tastes, why it is there, and what it brings to the drink. We are looking for people with a good knowledge of classic cocktails and the ability to learn Nancy’s signature drink specs.

You will also need to communicate with our barback, floor and management teams in a kind and collaborative manner. Taking instruction and guidance from management and from each other in a positive way, with team cooperation and rapport as our number one goal.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails and drinks to a consistently high standard in a fast-paced bar environment
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of Nancy’s cocktail menu, including ingredients, flavour profiles, and drink specs
• Confidently talk guests through the cocktail list and make recommendations where appropriate
• Understand each drink in detail, including why each ingredient is used and what it contributes to the final serve
• Maintain strong knowledge of classic cocktails alongside Nancy’s signature drinks
• Work closely with the barback, floor, and management teams to ensure smooth and effective service
• Take instruction positively and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture
• Help deliver a bar experience that feels polished, welcoming, and energetic throughout service

• Experience making drinks in a busy, fast-paced venue
• Strong cocktail knowledge, including classics
• The ability to learn and retain detailed drink specifications
• A welcoming, professional and team-focused approach
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Full-time hours (35-45) and availability on our busiest days (Thursday to Saturday)

What we offer

£20.00 per hour, with base rate and tronc, with potential for more on particularly good weeks

35-45 hours a week
