We are looking for friendly and reliable Front of House Staff to join the team at a beautiful country pub in the Lake District. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality and working in a busy, welcoming pub environment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to guests

• Taking food and drink orders accurately

• Serving food and beverages efficiently

• Setting up and clearing tables

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

• Assisting with busy services, functions and events

• Handling customer queries in a friendly and professional manner

• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth service

What we’re looking for:
Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential. We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable individuals with a positive attitude and a passion for providing great customer service.
