Forklift Driver

Here at GXO we’re looking to recruit a Forklift Driver to join our La Doria team based in Ipswich - Sproughton. 

It is a permanent, full-time position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday and every 4th Saturday, on a rotating shift, working in the mornings 06:00- 14:30 and on the middle shift 14:00- 22:30.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Loading vehicles using a counterbalance


• Offloading containers, customer deliveries


• Ensuring that deliveries are received and put away correctly


• Repacking, consolidating items to support the rework team


• Be proactive and responsible for Health and Safety to help minimise risks, hazards, and incidents

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience driving a counterbalance is essential


• Counterbalance license highly preferrable


• Experience of working in a warehouse environment


• Good levels of communication, both written and verbal


• Ability to work cohesively and well with others
