Reed.ai is looking for a Reed.ai Customer Growth Manager to join their team in Holborn, London.

We're at an exciting stage of growth, building an AI-powered recruitment platform that helps SMEs hire faster, smarter, and more cost-effectively. As we scale, we're looking for exceptional people who thrive in fast-moving environments and want to play a key role in shaping the future of recruitment.
We're looking for a high-energy, commercially minded Customer Growth Manager to help scale Reed.ai's customer base and maximise platform engagement. Your mission will be to drive adoption, activation, retention, and advocacy across both candidates and employers, ensuring every customer experiences the full value of the platform and contributes to our growth journey.
Your core focus will be:
Drive platform adoption, activation, and engagement across both candidates and employers
Build strong customer relationships that increase retention, advocacy, and long-term value
Help employers achieve successful hiring outcomes through expert guidance and proactive support
Identify growth opportunities and contribute directly to customer acquisition and platform expansion
Capture customer insights and work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to improve the Reed.ai experience
You'll be an exceptional communicator who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers succeed. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing, you'll bring customer insights to the heart of our decision-making and play a key role in shaping how Reed.ai grows.
You'll be a self-starter who embraces ownership, thrives in ambiguity, and turns ideas into action. Curious, adaptable, and driven by results, you're energised by building something new and making a measurable impact every day.
