This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working on a wide variety of heavy plant machinery, with plenty of overtime available, excellent support and genuine long-term career prospects. The Role Service, maintenance and repair of heavy plant and construction machinery Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults Carry out routine servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance Attend customer breakdowns across the West Midlands Complete job sheets and service reports accurately Deliver first-class customer service while representing the business on site Manage your own workload and territory efficiently The Candidate Previous experience working as a Heavy Plant, Construction Equipment or Agricultural Engineer Strong diagnostic skills across hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems Experience working on excavators, dumpers, loading shovels, telehandlers or similar equipment NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plant Maintenance (or equivalent) is desirable Full UK Driving Licence A positive attitude with excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills The Package £18.00 - £20.00 per hour Company service van Excellent overtime opportunities Realistic OTE of £60,000+ Company pension Ongoing training and development Long-term career progression Stable opportunity with a growing engineering business If you're an experienced Heavy Plant Engineer looking to join a business that values its engineers and offers excellent earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
