HGV 2 Multidrop Driver

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join a busy delivery team. You will be responsible for transporting goods safely, completing deliveries efficiently and providing a professional service to customers.
Your responsibilities
Complete deliveries and collections according to the daily schedule.
Carry out vehicle checks before each shift and report any faults promptly.
Ensure loads are secure and goods are handled carefully.
Assist with loading and unloading where required, following safe working procedures.
Accurately complete delivery paperwork and obtain proof of delivery (POD).
Keep the transport team informed of delays or delivery issues.
Follow drivers’ hours, tachograph and road safety requirements.
Maintain a clean vehicle and represent the company professionally.What we are looking for
A valid Category C driving licence.
A current Driver CPC qualification and digital tachograph card.
Previous Class 2 delivery experience.
Experience completing and managing proof of delivery (POD) records is essential.
A safe and responsible approach to driving.
Good organisation and communication skills.
A polite, helpful manner when dealing with customers
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
