We are currently looking to recruit a flexible Class 1 HIAB Operative based out of our Sandy Depot to drive our HIAB vehicl e along with all Tardis vehicles which fall into your scope of licence. Hours : Monday to Friday (Start time from 5:30am) Salary : £20.00 per hour What You Will Be Doing Operating the HIAB vehicle to deliver and collect portable toilets, welfare units and water/waste storage tanks to client sites across the region Loading, securing and unloading equipment safely using HIAB crane in line with ALLMI standards Completing pre-use vehicle checks and maintaining accurate tachograph records Completing delivery documentation and paperwork accurately Representing Tardis Environmental professionally when on customer sites Operating additional Tardis vehicles within your licence scope as required Working efficiently to meet daily delivery schedules and customer deadlines Maintaining the vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness What You'll Need HIAB - essential Valid Digital Tachograph Card – essential Driver CPC qualification – essential Maximum 6 points on licence (insurance requirement) Knowledge of Drivers hours and WTRT Can do attitude Flexibility What We Offer £20.00 per hour | Weekly pay Minimum 40 – 55 hours per week Your own assigned vehicle from our modern fleet Overtime: Saturday £30.00 ph | Sunday £40.00 ph 28 days holiday including bank holidays Ability to earn additional holidays Workplace pension scheme Full PPE and uniform provided Full practical training and ongoing support Refer a friend scheme Incentive and reward programmes Employee engagement and wellbeing programmes Permanent, full-time employment from day one FORS Gold accredited employer If you are interested in joining our highly professional and skilled team for our next exciting phase of development, please click on the apply button! Being environmentally friendly, we also offer both single and double solar toilets, and full portable solar bathrooms. As a fully licensed waste carrier, we assist clients with hazardous waste identification and removal, and we help manage the paperwork associated with waste disposal. Our Water Services In addition to our waste management services, Tardis Environmental also operates Tardis H2O Onsite, which provides bulk water supply solutions. We offer water transport and storage vessels, ranging from 1,000 to 45,000 litres, ensuring that our clients have reliable access to clean and drinking water.
